REFUNDS
At A Data List LLC we primarily sell subscriptions to our digital data. There are no physical products involved and our data, once purchased, is capable of being copied. Therefore, there are no refunds offered.
What we offer is an exact representative sample of the data that a subscriber would be subscribing to.
There is the opportunity and ability to freely download the sample from our home page (at: https://wwww.adatalist.com/) form prior to making any purchases.
We encourage all potential subscribers to download the file and examine the data in detail. The format, file type, and fields are all fully representative of the Data Subscriptions that we offer.
Alternatively, we offer a non subscription based product for each of our covered County areas that is equivalent to one week’s worth of data. We suggest, if you are contemplating becoming a first time subscriber that you first purchase a non subscription based product and after you are satisfied that it meets your requirements you upgrade to a subscription based product. In this fashion there should be no necessity for any refunds.
We are very confident that our data will meet and surpass the expectations of our subscribers.
LIABILITY
We will not be liable for any damages; whether they be actual, consequential or otherwise for reliance on our data. While we make no representations about the accuracy of our data we do strive to use our best efforts to be as accurate as possible. We rely upon and source our data from court records and there is always the inherent possibility that errors, other than ours, are also possible. If you are making financial decisions based on our data we urge you to first confirm, independently, that the data is accurate.
